App will not load to open on my iPod. Downloaded two times.

I downloaded 4 times on iPod then on my mac then to my iPod n it neer worked :( FIX THIS PLISS!!!!

This app is garbage. They have a great ad. Had I read the reviews I would not purchased it. Only a few clocks to use most of them not digital. And setting the alarm to play from your iPod doesnt work so well so you get to choose from 3 dumb buzzers. I truly want my money back on this one.
